Ley's Lawn Care LLC ("Ley's," "we," "our," or "us") respects the privacy of customers, prospective customers, employees, applicants, and website visitors. This policy explains the information we may collect, how we use and share it, and the choices available when you visit leyslawncare.com, request a quote, apply for work, communicate with us, or receive services.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with Ley's, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, service address or city, requested service, property and access details, preferred timing, appointment information, estimates, invoices, employment-application details, job or property photographs, files you submit, and communications between you and the company.

The public quote form currently requests a name and email address and may also request a phone number, service address, requested service, and message. Please provide only the information needed to evaluate or perform the requested work.

2. Website, Device, and First-Party Measurement Data

Our hosting, security, and website systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, page address, referring page, security events, and error logs. This information supports delivery, troubleshooting, fraud and spam prevention, and security.

The website also keeps first-party aggregate conversion counts for events such as a telephone-link click, the start of a quote form, or a visit identified by a Google Business Profile campaign parameter. Those aggregate counts may include the page path or campaign label, but the measurement record does not store customer names, contact details, IP addresses, or form contents. A short-lived browser session-storage marker may be used to avoid counting the same campaign visit repeatedly during one browsing session.

The public website does not currently offer a consumer mobile app or request browser geolocation. If location-based features are added later, we will provide an appropriate notice and request permission where required.

3. Cookies and Similar Storage

WordPress, form-security tools, hosting, and security systems may use cookies or similar storage that are necessary for site operation, logged-in administration, form protection, preferences, or security. You can control cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary storage may prevent parts of the site from working correctly.

4. Telephone Calls and Call Recordings

Telephone calls to or from Ley's may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, documentation, customer service, dispute resolution, security, and safety where permitted by applicable law. Call records are intended for legitimate company purposes and are available only to personnel or service providers who require access for authorized business functions.

5. Email, SMS, and Other Communications

Email and other electronic communications that reach a company-controlled account may be retained as business records and used to respond to inquiries, coordinate services, provide estimates, communicate scheduling information, and document work.

Ley's does not currently use customer SMS or MMS as an active service channel, and customer text messages are not monitored. Do not rely on a text message for a quote, schedule change, cancellation, safety issue, or other service request. If an unsolicited SMS or MMS nevertheless reaches a company-controlled number, it may be retained for security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes, but receipt does not mean that it will be reviewed or answered.

6. Property and Job-Site Photographs

Ley's may take or receive photographs or videos before, during, or after service for estimates, documentation, quality assurance, project records, dispute resolution, safety, or other legitimate business purposes. Customers and team members should email original-resolution files because SMS and MMS can compress or alter useful detail.

Photographs intended for the website, Google Business Profile, social media, or other public marketing are reviewed for appropriate authorization before publication. We take reasonable steps to keep customer names, exact street addresses, faces, license plates, and other private identifiers out of public materials unless specific permission and a legitimate need are confirmed.

7. How We Use Information

We may use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate, quote, schedule, deliver, and support services; prepare estimates and invoices; process legitimate business transactions; document completed work; maintain records; improve operations; measure website conversions in aggregate; protect customers, employees, applicants, and company property; prevent fraud or misuse; and comply with applicable obligations.

8. Sharing and Service Providers

Ley's does not sell customer personal information to advertisers. We may provide information to authorized employees, contractors, hosting and email providers, website and security providers, professional advisors, payment processors, or other service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business or provide requested services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

The public quote form does not request full payment-card details. If a separate payment provider is used after a quote or service agreement, that provider may process payment information under its own privacy terms and security practices. Links or resources supplied by third parties may allow those providers to receive standard technical request data when you use them.

9. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information maintained. No electronic communication, website, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, business records, security, dispute resolution, and legal or compliance obligations, then delete or de-identify it when practical.

10. Privacy Choices and Requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information maintained by Ley's. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required or permitted for contracts, safety, fraud prevention, records, or legal obligations.

11. Children's Privacy

Our public services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the public website.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as operations, technology, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
