At Ley’s Lawn Care, we believe in rewarding performance and professionalism. Your pay is based on performance, with opportunities for bonuses and leadership roles as you grow with us.
Payday typically falls on Fridays after 4 PM, but may vary based on scheduling.

To keep you safe and professional on every job site, the following items are required:

  • Steel Toe Boots (not provided)

  • High-Visibility Safety Vest (not provided)

  • Safety Glasses or Sunglasses (not provided)

  • Work Gloves (provided by us)

  • Flexible availability (hours may vary)

We expect every team member to be respectful, punctual, and professional at all times.

  • You must be 18 or older to work with us

  • Respect for all crew members is non-negotiable

  • Each employee is allowed up to 3 formal warnings per season for behavior or conduct issues

  • If you’re going to be late, you must contact Tommy, Joey, or Shirley before your shift

Showing up to any job site smelling like alcohol will result in immediate termination.
No warnings. No rehire. This is a zero-tolerance safety policy we strictly enforce.
